By downloading, installing, or using the JOLEE application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

JOLEE is a mobile marketplace platform that connects workers seeking hourly employment with employers who have job opportunities. JOLEE acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to any employment agreement between workers and employers.

To use JOLEE, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Ensuring your profile information is accurate and up-to-date

When using JOLEE, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in job postings and profiles

• Treat all users with respect and professionalism

• Not post discriminatory, offensive, or illegal content

• Not use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose

• Not attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid its policies

• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws

For Employers: You are responsible for the accuracy of your job postings, including pay rates, job descriptions, and requirements. You must comply with all applicable labor laws.

For Workers: You represent that you have the skills and qualifications stated in your profile. Applying for a job does not guarantee employment.

Pay rates are set by employers and agreed upon between workers and employers. JOLEE does not process payments between workers and employers. All payment arrangements are made directly between the parties involved.

All content, features, and functionality of the JOLEE App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Marcbe and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

JOLEE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of jobs posted on the platform

• The qualifications or conduct of any user

• Any disputes between workers and employers

• Any loss or damage resulting from the use of our platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
